Our mission at Hoerr Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration is to return your home or business to the fresh and clean look it once had. We are a family-owned and operated carpet cleaning company, in the Peoria, Illinois area, that serves all of Central Illinois.

Founder and CEO
Bill is a master cleaner in carpets, furniture, tile, and is certified in water restoration and structural drying. With 31 years’ experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration, he has devoted himself to fulfilling his motto with his customers: “Be honest. Give every customer a great carpet cleaning experience, exceeding expectations.”
Eric Criss
Certified Technician
Eric has been working with his stepdad, Bill Hoerr, for over 12 years now. He is certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection for Cleaning and Restoration) as a WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), as well as OCT (Odor Control Technician). Born and raised in Peoria, IL., Eric and his wife raise their two beautiful children here in the community that they both grew up in. In addition, they strive to support local businesses and organizations in the local area.
